These terms apply to the God Bless America launch, American VIP List signup and book pre-orders at kenduncan.com/us/.
Registration
Submitting the American VIP List form registers your interest in the American launch. Registration is free and does not itself place a product order or guarantee product availability.
Email Communications
By registering and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive emails from Ken Duncan Gallery about launch timing, pre-order announcements, exclusive offers, collector updates and related American release information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Book Pre-orders
A pre-order is placed only when you complete Stripe Checkout and Stripe confirms payment. Your card is charged at checkout. The Hard Cover Edition pre-order price for Ken’s VIPs is $45 USD (regular price $60 USD). The Collector’s Edition pre-order price for Ken’s VIPs is $150 USD (regular price $199 USD).
Freight is charged at $12.50 USD per Hard Cover Edition book and $25 USD per Collector’s Edition book. Stripe calculates any applicable tax from the delivery address. The complete USD total, including freight and tax, is displayed in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Product availability is subject to confirmation. If Ken Duncan Gallery cannot fulfil a paid pre-order, the affected payment will be refunded.
Launch Information
Shipping is expected to begin in October 2026. Release and delivery timing are estimates and may change. We will provide material updates using the email address supplied with the order.

All Ken Duncan images, artwork, product names, logos and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.
