Products
After placing your order online, it will be despatched, usually via Australia Post, within 3 business days. As soon as your order is despatched, a Gallery consultant will email you the tracking number so you can track its progress.
If you need something urgently, please contact the Gallery before ordering so the team can confirm the best delivery option.
In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we will have the damaged product collected from you and replaced with a perfect one at no additional charge.
Prints & Framing
Once printing and framing is complete, your Ken Duncan artwork undergoes a final quality assurance inspection and is expertly packed for the freight method you have chosen.
The price of your artwork includes delivery within Australia, or delivery overseas for unframed prints. Framed prints delivered overseas may attract an additional freight charge.
Despatch of printed artwork will usually take up to 4 weeks from the time you place your order. If there is likely to be a delay, a Gallery consultant will contact you.
Every effort has been made on this Gallery site to accurately represent the vibrant colours of Ken’s images. However, due to differences in computer screens and certain other variations, the images here should only be taken as a guide.
The colour and sharpness of a finished Ken Duncan Limited Edition Print are far superior to what can be presented on a small screen.
