Ray Martin’s Other World in collaboration with Ken Duncan
414 The Entrance Road Erina Heights NSW 2260
Iconic Australian photographer, Ken Duncan, and legend of Australian journalism, Ray Martin, have been friends for a long time. And they’ve recently been collaborating on some photography projects. Their latest exhibition features new images from both Ken and Ray. It’son display not in Ken Duncan’s Central Coast Gallery and entry is free.
They’ve had lots of fun on a few very special photo shoots. Particularly one to a very remote location in Queensland, which Ray has called Running Man Rock. Ray first discovered this captivating formation while flying from Sydney to Darwin about 6 years ago and he took a photo from the plane at 37,000 feet. That started an amazing quest to pinpoint this new location. And just recently both Ken and Ray went on an expedition to take photos. Earlier this year they also spent time together at Lake Eyre taking aerial photos. And now they are showing the results of their adventures.
During the exhibition, Ray is hosting a few intimate one-hour presentations, called In Conversation with Ray. He’ll tell you the stories behind his recent photos and answer your questions. Tickets are $40 per person with a maximum of 40 people per session.
One final session available – Saturday 16th, November 2019 @ 11:30am
Places are strictly limited and bookings are essential.
